A brazed plate exchanger is a stack of pressed stainless plates vacuum-brazed into a single block - no gaskets, no tie bolts, no frame. SWEP's range runs from a 194 mm unit rated for transcritical CO2 to a 1,232 mm frame moving 1,540 gallons a minute, and this site carries every frame, its published specifications and its known configurations. The bands below divide the whole range by maximum published flow, so a duty lands in exactly one of them.
Decode any SWEP string - frame, plate type, plate count, materials, pressure class - and turn a nameplate into a quote.

CHOOSING BETWEEN THE SWEP FRAMES
Know the frame? Go straight to it - every frame has its specifications, its configurations on file and its duty on a page of its own, reached from the Heat Exchangers menu.
Know the flow? The five bands divide the range by published maximum flow, so your number lands in exactly one. Know only the nameplate? The model number guide decodes it, or send it to us as it stands.
If all you have is a duty, that is the easiest case of all: flows, temperatures in and out, fluids and any code requirement, and the selection comes back with the frame, the plate count, the pressure class and the price. Call 1-805-484-2992 or email Sales@HeatX.com.
