The top of the range, to 1,540 gallons a minute in a package with no gaskets in it. District heating trunks, central plant isolation and megawatt heat recovery.
Only the largest frames reach this band, so the list is short and the differences between entries are structural: port size, the plate count the frame can hold, and the construction of the pack. Flow capacity alone tells you little, because every frame on this page has it.
What a datasheet calls maximum flow is the port limit. Design below it and spend the margin on plates - a fuller pack runs at lower pressure drop and a closer approach temperature, and at this scale pumping energy is a real line in the operating cost. A duty just over the band threshold may be served equally well by a frame from the band beneath carrying more plates, so it pays to rate both. Send the duty and the fluids; the reply states frame, plate count and pressure class.

At the top of the range the related models are few: evaporator and condenser versions of the big frames and the largest True Dual units, each documented on its own page.
