Any one of these is enough to start:

• A SWEP part number, complete or partial - for example B25THx30/1P-SC-M
• A competitor model you are replacing - Alfa Laval CB, Danfoss B3, Kelvion GBS, FlatPlate DW
• The duty: flows, temperatures in and out, fluids, and any pressure or code requirement
• A photograph of the nameplate on the existing unit
