Where brazed construction starts displacing gasketed plate-and-frame: large ports, asymmetric channels and the frames built for data center and district energy duty.
Units in this band are large and heavy once filled, and all of the frames listed here will move the flow. The useful comparison is how much pressure drop each one costs at that flow, how far its plate pack can be extended, and whether its plate and braze materials are right for both fluids.
Treat maximum flow as the point where the ports choke, never as the number to design at. A frame filled toward its plate limit can reach a closer approach temperture than the next size up running a short pack, with a smaller pump bill, so have both rated before deciding. Duties at the low or high edge of the band deserve two comparisons, one on each side of the line. Send flows, temperatures and fluid names; what comes back is a frame, a plate count and a pressure class.

Most of the dual-circuit range lives here, alongside evaporator and condenser versions of the single-circuit frames. Follow a link for the dimensions, materials and catalogued part numbers of that model.
