B10THx10/1P-SC-S / B10THx10/1P-SC-M

The B10THx10/1P-SC-S / B10THx10/1P-SC-M is a 10-plate build of the SWEP B10T. The H plate is the obtuse chevron: it gives the most heat transfer per plate and the most pressure drop, so it suits duties where approach temperature matters more than pump head. Reading the string: /1P is single pass; -SC is 316/316L stainless steel plates joined with copper. The closing S is the pressure class: 31 bar at 155 C. Connections are listed as / B10THx10/1P-SC-M, in port order. The B10T plate pack measures 289 x 119 mm (11.38 x 4.69 in) on 243 x 72 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 10-plate unit comes to about 2.1 kg (4.7 lb) dry. The frame is published to 9 m3/h (39.63 GPM) - a port limit rather than a design flow. It is not necessary to send drawings for a like-for-like replacement - the string above carries the whole build.
