B10THx20/1P-SC-S 4x1"(45)

This is the 20-plate B10T: SWEP designation B10THx20/1P-SC-S 4x1"(45). The H plate is the obtuse chevron: it gives the most heat transfer per plate and the most pressure drop, so it suits duties where approach temperature matters more than pump head. The /1P-SC fields read as single pass, with 316/316L stainless steel plates and a copper braze. The closing S is the pressure class: 31 bar at 155 C. The connection field reads 4x1"(45). The B10T plate pack measures 289 x 119 mm (11.38 x 4.69 in) on 243 x 72 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 20-plate unit comes to about 3.1 kg (6.8 lb) dry. The frame is published to 9 m3/h (39.63 GPM) - a port limit rather than a design flow. It is not necessary to send drawings for a like-for-like replacement - the string above carries the whole build.
