B10THx40/1P-SC-S 4x1"INT HEX

The B10THx40/1P-SC-S 4x1"INT HEX is a 40-plate build of the SWEP B10T. Its H plates are the high-theta pattern - the choice when the leaving temperature is tight and the pump has head to spare. The /1P-SC fields read as single pass, with 316/316L stainless steel plates and a copper braze. The closing S is the pressure class: 31 bar at 155 C. Connections are listed as 4x1"INT HEX, in port order. The B10T plate pack measures 289 x 119 mm (11.38 x 4.69 in) on 243 x 72 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 40-plate unit comes to about 5.0 kg (11.0 lb) dry. The frame is published to 9 m3/h (39.63 GPM) - a port limit rather than a design flow. Depth is the one dimension that changes accross the plate counts of a series, so measure the space behind the unit before moving to a larger pack.
