Note: Unit pictured is representative of standard unit and may not exactly depict p/n B10THx50/1P-SC-M 4x1"&22U as shown on this page.
The B10THx50/1P-SC-M 4x1"&22U is a 50-plate build of the SWEP B10T. The H plate is the obtuse chevron: it gives the most heat transfer per plate and the most pressure drop, so it suits duties where approach temperature matters more than pump head. The /1P-SC fields read as single pass, with 316/316L stainless steel plates and a copper braze. The closing M is the pressure class: up to 45 bar at 135 C, fatigue tested. It is catalogued with 4x1"&22U connections. The B10T plate pack measures 289 x 119 mm (11.38 x 4.69 in) on 243 x 72 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 50-plate unit comes to about 5.9 kg (13.1 lb) dry. Maximum flow for the frame is 9 m3/h (39.63 GPM); that is a ceiling for the ports, not a duty point. Where a nameplate is worn, the plate count and the connection sizes are usually enough to seperate this build from its neighbours in the series.
