Description
The B16Hx100/1P-SC-S 4x1 1/4"(45) is a 100-plate build of the SWEP B16. Its H plates are the high-theta pattern - the choice when the leaving temperature is tight and the pump has head to spare. The /1P-SC fields read as single pass, with 316/316L stainless steel plates and a copper braze. The closing S is the pressure class: 31 bar at 155 C. Connections are listed as 4x1 1/4"(45), in port order. The B16 plate pack measures 376 x 119 mm (14.8 x 4.69 in) on 320 x 63 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 100-plate unit comes to about 13.5 kg (29.7 lb) dry. Maximum flow for the frame is 16.9 m3/h (74.41 GPM); that is a ceiling for the ports, not a duty point. A like-for-like order needs only this string; we recommend adding the fluids and flows where the system has been altered.
