Description
The B16DWHx40 is a 40-plate build of the SWEP B16DW. Its H plates are the high-theta pattern - the choice when the leaving temperature is tight and the pump has head to spare. The B16DW plate pack measures 377 x 119.5 mm (14.84 x 4.70 in) on 329 x 72 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 40-plate unit comes to about 10.4 kg (22.8 lb) dry. The frame is published to 11 m3/h (48.40 GPM) - a port limit rather than a design flow. Depth is the one dimension that changes across the plate counts of a series, so measure the space behind the unit before moving to a larger pack.
