B16DWHx60/1P-SC-S 4x1"NPT designates a SWEP B16DW brazed plate heat exchanger with 60 plates in the pack. Its H plates are the high-theta pattern - the choice when the leaving temperature is tight and the pump has head to spare. The /1P-SC fields read as single pass, with 316/316L stainless steel plates and a copper braze. The closing S is the pressure class: 31 bar at 155 C. It is catalogued with 4x1"NPT connections. The B16DW plate pack measures 377 x 119.5 mm (14.84 x 4.70 in) on 329 x 72 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 60-plate unit comes to about 14.8 kg (32.5 lb) dry. Maximum flow for the frame is 11 m3/h (48.40 GPM); that is a ceiling for the ports, not a duty point.
