B25THx100/1P-SC-S 2x1 1/4"INT HEX+2x1"INT HEX designates a SWEP B25T brazed plate heat exchanger with 100 plates in the pack. Its H plates are the high-theta pattern - the choice when the leaving temperature is tight and the pump has head to spare. Reading the string: /1P is single pass; -SC is 316/316L stainless steel plates joined with copper. The closing S is the pressure class: 31 bar at 155 C.
