B25THx60

The B25THx60 is a 60-plate build of the SWEP B25T. The H plate is the obtuse chevron: it gives the most heat transfer per plate and the most pressure drop, so it suits duties where approach temperature matters more than pump head. The B25T plate pack measures 526 x 119 mm (20.71 x 4.69 in) on 479 x 72 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 60-plate unit comes to about 12.8 kg (28.2 lb) dry. Maximum flow for the frame is 9 m3/h (39.63 GPM); that is a ceiling for the ports, not a duty point. If the duty has changed since the original equipment went in, send the flows and both inlet conditions and we will confirm whether this configuration still fits.
