B25THx80/1P-SC-Y 4x1"

The B25THx80/1P-SC-Y 4x1" is a 80-plate build of the SWEP B25T. The H plate is the obtuse chevron: it gives the most heat transfer per plate and the most pressure drop, so it suits duties where approach temperature matters more than pump head. Reading the string: /1P is single pass; -SC is 316/316L stainless steel plates joined with copper. The connection field reads 4x1". The B25T plate pack measures 526 x 119 mm (20.71 x 4.69 in) on 479 x 72 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 80-plate unit comes to about 16.3 kg (36.0 lb) dry. Depth is the one dimension that changes across the plate counts of a series, so measure the space behind the unit before moving to a larger pack.
