B28Hx76/1P-SC-S 4x1 1/4"(D33)

The B28Hx76/1P-SC-S 4x1 1/4"(D33) is a 76-plate build of the SWEP B28. Its H plates are the high-theta pattern - the choice when the leaving temperature is tight and the pump has head to spare. The /1P-SC fields read as single pass, with 316/316L stainless steel plates and a copper braze. The closing S is the pressure class: 31 bar at 155 C. Connections are listed as 4x1 1/4"(D33), in port order. The B28 plate pack measures 526 x 119 mm (20.71 x 4.69 in) on 470 x 63 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 76-plate unit comes to about 14.5 kg (32.0 lb) dry. Maximum flow for the frame is 16.9 m3/h (74.41 GPM); that is a ceiling for the ports, not a duty point. It is not necessary to send drawings for a like-for-like replacement - the string above carries the whole build.
