Note: Unit pictured is representative of standard unit and may not exactly depict p/n B80Hx20/1P-SC-M 2x35.1+2x1 1/4"&28U as shown on this page.
This is the 20-plate B80: SWEP designation B80Hx20/1P-SC-M 2x35.1+2x1 1/4"&28U. The H plate is the obtuse chevron: it gives the most heat transfer per plate and the most pressure drop, so it suits duties where approach temperature matters more than pump head. The /1P-SC fields read as single pass, with 316/316L stainless steel plates and a copper braze. The closing M is the pressure class: up to 45 bar at 135 C, fatigue tested. Connections are listed as 2x35.1+2x1 1/4"&28U, in port order. The B80 plate pack measures 526 x 119 mm (20.71 x 4.69 in) on 470 x 63 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 20-plate unit comes to about 5.9 kg (13.0 lb) dry. Maximum flow for the frame is 16.9 m3/h (74.41 GPM); that is a ceiling for the ports, not a duty point. A like-for-like order needs only this string; we recommend adding the fluids and flows where the system has been altered.
