Part number B80Hx56/1P-NC-S 4x1 1/4" is the SWEP B80 frame carrying 56 plates. Its H plates are the high-theta pattern - the choice when the leaving temperature is tight and the pump has head to spare. Reading the string: /1P is single pass; -NC is AISI 304 stainless steel plates joined with copper. The closing S is the pressure class: 31 bar at 155 C. The connection field reads 4x1 1/4". The B80 plate pack measures 526 x 119 mm (20.71 x 4.69 in) on 470 x 63 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 56-plate unit comes to about 11.8 kg (26.0 lb) dry. The frame is published to 16.9 m3/h (74.41 GPM) - a port limit rather than a design flow.
