B85Hx24/1P-SC-M 4x1"(20)

The B85Hx24/1P-SC-M 4x1"(20) is a 24-plate build of the SWEP B85. Its H plates are the high-theta pattern - the choice when the leaving temperature is tight and the pump has head to spare. The /1P-SC fields read as single pass, with 316/316L stainless steel plates and a copper braze. The closing M is the pressure class: up to 45 bar at 135 C, fatigue tested. The connection field reads 4x1"(20). The B85 plate pack measures 526 x 119 mm (20.71 x 4.69 in) on 470 x 63 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 24-plate unit comes to about 5.4 kg (11.8 lb) dry. The frame is published to 17 m3/h (74.85 GPM) - a port limit rather than a design flow.
