The B85Hx70/1P-SC-M 4x1"&22U(20) is a 70-plate build of the SWEP B85. The H plate is the obtuse chevron: it gives the most heat transfer per plate and the most pressure drop, so it suits duties where approach temperature matters more than pump head. The /1P-SC fields read as single pass, with 316/316L stainless steel plates and a copper braze. The closing M is the pressure class: up to 45 bar at 135 C, fatigue tested. Connections are listed as 4x1"&22U(20), in port order. The B85 plate pack measures 526 x 119 mm (20.71 x 4.69 in) on 470 x 63 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 70-plate unit comes to about 11.7 kg (25.7 lb) dry. Maximum flow for the frame is 17 m3/h (74.85 GPM); that is a ceiling for the ports, not a duty point. If the duty has changed since the original equipment went in, send the flows and both inlet conditions and we will confirm wether this configuration still fits.
