B86Hx80/1P-SC-M 4x1"&22U(20)

The B86Hx80/1P-SC-M 4x1"&22U(20) is a 80-plate build of the SWEP B86. Its H plates are the high-theta pattern - the choice when the leaving temperature is tight and the pump has head to spare. Reading the string: /1P is single pass; -SC is 316/316L stainless steel plates joined with copper. The closing M is the pressure class: up to 45 bar at 135 C, fatigue tested. Connections are listed as 4x1"&22U(20), in port order. The B86 plate pack measures 526 x 119 mm (20.71 x 4.69 in) on 470 x 63 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 80-plate unit comes to about 13.0 kg (28.7 lb) dry. Maximum flow for the frame is 9 m3/h (39.63 GPM); that is a ceiling for the ports, not a duty point.
