The B250ASHx228/1P-NC-H 42U+42U+2x2 1/2" is a 228-plate build of the SWEP B250AS. Its H plates are the high-theta pattern - the choice when the leaving temperature is tight and the pump has head to spare. The /1P-NC fields read as single pass, with AISI 304 stainless steel plates and a copper braze. The closing H is the pressure class: 45 bar at 155 C. The connection field reads 42U+42U+2x2 1/2". The B250AS plate pack measures 620 x 202 mm (24.41 x 7.95 in) on 538 x 112 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 228-plate unit comes to about 85.2 kg (187.9 lb) dry. Maximum flow for the frame is 62 m3/h (272.98 GPM); that is a ceiling for the ports, not a duty point. Thermal performence depends on the duty as much as on the part number, so include the fluids if the unit is going into a new application.
