B320HTLx60/1P-SC-S 4x2 1/2"

The B320HTLx60/1P-SC-S 4x2 1/2" is a 60-plate build of the SWEP B320HT. The L plate is the acute chevron, which gives up some heat transfer per plate for a lower pressure drop - the usual answer when the available head is small. The /1P-SC fields read as single pass, with 316/316L stainless steel plates and a copper braze. The closing S is the pressure class: 31 bar at 155 C. The connection field reads 4x2 1/2". The B320HT plate pack measures 525 x 243 mm (20.67 x 9.57 in) on 441 x 159 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 60-plate unit comes to about 36.7 kg (80.8 lb) dry. Maximum flow for the frame is 61.7 m3/h (271.66 GPM); that is a ceiling for the ports, not a duty point. For a new duty, send the inlet temperature on each side and the flows, and we will say immediatly whether this plate count is the right one.
