The B60Hx40/1P-SC-M 2"+2 1/2"+2"+2 1/2" is a 40-plate build of the SWEP B60. Its H plates are the high-theta pattern - the choice when the leaving temperature is tight and the pump has head to spare. The /1P-SC fields read as single pass, with 316/316L stainless steel plates and a copper braze. The closing M is the pressure class: up to 45 bar at 135 C, fatigue tested. Connections are listed as 2"+2 1/2"+2"+2 1/2", in port order. The B60 plate pack measures 374 x 364 mm (14.72 x 14.33 in) on 284.5 x 274.5 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 40-plate unit comes to about 34.5 kg (76.2 lb) dry. Maximum flow for the frame is 76.2 m3/h (335.50 GPM); that is a ceiling for the ports, not a duty point.
