Description
DS500x130 designates a SWEP DS500 brazed plate heat exchanger with 130 plates in the pack. The DS500 plate pack measures 980 x 304 mm (38.58 x 11.97 in) on 866 x 191 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 130-plate unit comes to about 136.8 kg (301.6 lb) dry. The frame is published to 83 m3/h (365.44 GPM) - a port limit rather than a design flow.
