Note: Unit pictured is representative of standard unit and may not exactly depict p/n B120THx100/1P-SC-S 4x2" as shown on this page.
The B120THx100/1P-SC-S 4x2" is a 100-plate build of the SWEP B120T. The H plate is the obtuse chevron: it gives the most heat transfer per plate and the most pressure drop, so it suits duties where approach temperature matters more than pump head. The /1P-SC fields read as single pass, with 316/316L stainless steel plates and a copper braze. The closing S is the pressure class: 31 bar at 155 C. It is catalogued with 4x2" connections. The B120T plate pack measures 525 x 243 mm (20.67 x 9.57 in) on 456 x 174 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 100-plate unit comes to about 48.7 kg (107.4 lb) dry. The frame is published to 27.4 m3/h (120.64 GPM) - a port limit rather than a design flow. Depth is the one dimension that changes across the plate counts of a series, so measure the space behind the unit before moving to a larger pack.
