Note: Unit pictured is representative of standard unit and may not exactly depict p/n B220Hx133/2P-SC-M 2x1 1/2" / 2x1 1/2" as shown on this page.
This is the 133-plate B220: SWEP designation B220Hx133/2P-SC-M 2x1 1/2" / 2x1 1/2". The H plate is the obtuse chevron: it gives the most heat transfer per plate and the most pressure drop, so it suits duties where approach temperature matters more than pump head. The /2P-SC fields read as two pass, with 316/316L stainless steel plates and a copper braze. The closing M is the pressure class: up to 45 bar at 135 C, fatigue tested. The connection field reads 2x1 1/2" / 2x1 1/2". The B220 plate pack measures 524 x 202 mm (20.63 x 7.95 in) on 442 x 120 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 133-plate unit comes to about 53.0 kg (116.8 lb) dry. The frame is published to 39 m3/h (171.71 GPM) - a port limit rather than a design flow. Treat each side as an independent circuit when you ask for a quote: give both flows and what each fluid is.
