B220Lx200/1P-SC-S 4x2"

The B220Lx200/1P-SC-S 4x2" is a 200-plate build of the SWEP B220. The L plate is the acute chevron, which gives up some heat transfer per plate for a lower pressure drop - the usual answer when the available head is small. The /1P-SC fields read as single pass, with 316/316L stainless steel plates and a copper braze. The closing S is the pressure class: 31 bar at 155 C. It is catalogued with 4x2" connections. The B220 plate pack measures 524 x 202 mm (20.63 x 7.95 in) on 442 x 120 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 200-plate unit comes to about 74.5 kg (164.2 lb) dry. Maximum flow for the frame is 39 m3/h (171.71 GPM); that is a ceiling for the ports, not a duty point. A like-for-like order needs only this string; we recommend adding the fluids and flows where the system has been altered.
