The B35TM0x60/1P-SC-M 2x1 1/2"INT HEX+2x1 1/4"INT HEX is a 60-plate build of the SWEP B35T. The digit after the plate letter (M0) tracks port size and port centre distance rather than heat transfer, so on a replacement it is the field that decides whether the unit lines up with the existing pipework. The /1P-SC fields read as single pass, with 316/316L stainless steel plates and a copper braze. The closing M is the pressure class: up to 45 bar at 135 C, fatigue tested. Connections are listed as 2x1 1/2"INT HEX+2x1 1/4"INT HEX, in port order. The B35T plate pack measures 393 x 243 mm (15.47 x 9.57 in) on 324 x 174 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 60-plate unit comes to about 23.9 kg (52.6 lb) dry. Maximum flow for the frame is 27 m3/h (118.88 GPM); that is a ceiling for the ports, not a duty point.
