The P120T plate pack measures 525 x 243 mm (20.67 x 9.57 in) on 456 x 174 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 160-plate unit comes to about 76.2 kg (167.9 lb) dry. Maximum flow for the frame is 27.4 m3/h (120.64 GPM); that is a ceiling for the ports, not a duty point. If the flow on either side would exceed the published ceiling, the answer is a larger frame, not more plates on this one.
