Description
B649x200 designates a SWEP B649 brazed plate heat exchanger with 200 plates in the pack. The B649 plate pack measures 1232 x 537 mm (48.5 x 21.14 in) on 995 x 300 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 200-plate unit comes to about 449.8 kg (991.6 lb) dry. The frame is published to 349.9 m3/h (1540.56 GPM) - a port limit rather than a design flow. It is not neccessary to send drawings for a like-for-like replacement - the string above carries the whole build.
