B4THx50/1P-NC-U 4x3/4"&16

The B4THx50/1P-NC-U 4x3/4"&16 is a 50-plate build of the SWEP B4T. The H plate is the obtuse chevron: it gives the most heat transfer per plate and the most pressure drop, so it suits duties where approach temperature matters more than pump head. The /1P-NC fields read as single pass, with AISI 304 stainless steel plates and a copper braze. The closing U is the pressure class: 64 to 140 bar. The connection field reads 4x3/4"&16. The B4T plate pack measures 194.5 x 76.9 mm (7.66 x 3.03 in) on 154 x 40 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 50-plate unit comes to about 2.5 kg (5.5 lb) dry. The frame is published to 1.2 m3/h (5.28 GPM) - a port limit rather than a design flow. Treat each side as an independent circuit when you ask for a quote: give both flows and what each fluid is.
