B5THx10/1P-SC-M 2x3/4"INT HEX(20)+2x1/2"INT HEX(20)

The B5THx10/1P-SC-M 2x3/4"INT HEX(20)+2x1/2"INT HEX(20) is a 10-plate build of the SWEP B5T. Its H plates are the high-theta pattern - the choice when the leaving temperature is tight and the pump has head to spare. The /1P-SC fields read as single pass, with 316/316L stainless steel plates and a copper braze. The closing M is the pressure class: up to 45 bar at 135 C, fatigue tested. The connection field reads 2x3/4"INT HEX(20)+2x1/2"INT HEX(20). The B5T plate pack measures 193 x 76 mm (7.6 x 2.99 in) on 154 x 40 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 10-plate unit comes to about 1.0 kg (2.2 lb) dry. Maximum flow for the frame is 4 m3/h (17.61 GPM); that is a ceiling for the ports, not a duty point. It is not neccessary to send drawings for a like-for-like replacement - the string above carries the whole build.
