B5THx20/1P-SC-M 2x3/4"INT HEX+2x1/2"INT HEX designates a SWEP B5T brazed plate heat exchanger with 20 plates in the pack. The H plate is the obtuse chevron: it gives the most heat transfer per plate and the most pressure drop, so it suits duties where approach temperature matters more than pump head. The /1P-SC fields read as single pass, with 316/316L stainless steel plates and a copper braze. The closing M is the pressure class: up to 45 bar at 135 C, fatigue tested. Connections are listed as 2x3/4"INT HEX+2x1/2"INT HEX, in port order. The B5T plate pack measures 193 x 76 mm (7.6 x 2.99 in) on 154 x 40 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 20-plate unit comes to about 1.4 kg (3.2 lb) dry. The frame is published to 4 m3/h (17.61 GPM) - a port limit rather than a design flow.
