B10THx60/1P-SC-S 4x1"NPT

B10THx60/1P-SC-S 4x1"NPT designates a SWEP B10T brazed plate heat exchanger with 60 plates in the pack. The H plate is the obtuse chevron: it gives the most heat transfer per plate and the most pressure drop, so it suits duties where approach temperature matters more than pump head. The /1P-SC fields read as single pass, with 316/316L stainless steel plates and a copper braze. The closing S is the pressure class: 31 bar at 155 C. The connection field reads 4x1"NPT. The B10T plate pack measures 289 x 119 mm (11.38 x 4.69 in) on 243 x 72 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 60-plate unit comes to about 6.9 kg (15.2 lb) dry. Maximum flow for the frame is 9 m3/h (39.63 GPM); that is a ceiling for the ports, not a duty point. It is not necessary to send drawings for a like-for-like replacement - the string above carries the whole build.
