B25THx30/1P-SC-M 16+22U+2x1"NPT designates a SWEP B25T brazed plate heat exchanger with 30 plates in the pack. The H plate is the obtuse chevron: it gives the most heat transfer per plate and the most pressure drop, so it suits duties where approach temperature matters more than pump head. The /1P-SC fields read as single pass, with 316/316L stainless steel plates and a copper braze. The closing M is the pressure class: up to 45 bar at 135 C, fatigue tested. The connection field reads 16+22U+2x1"NPT. The B25T plate pack measures 526 x 119 mm (20.71 x 4.69 in) on 479 x 72 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 30-plate unit comes to about 7.5 kg (16.4 lb) dry. Maximum flow for the frame is 9 m3/h (39.63 GPM); that is a ceiling for the ports, not a duty point. Check the connection field seperately from the plate count: two units can be consistent in every other field and still not pipe up.
