Description
The B25THx40/1P-SC-Y 4x1" is a 40-plate build of the SWEP B25T. Its H plates are the high-theta pattern - the choice when the leaving temperature is tight and the pump has head to spare. The /1P-SC fields read as single pass, with 316/316L stainless steel plates and a copper braze. The connection field reads 4x1". The B25T plate pack measures 526 x 119 mm (20.71 x 4.69 in) on 479 x 72 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 40-plate unit comes to about 9.2 kg (20.3 lb) dry. Maximum flow for the frame is 9 m3/h (39.63 GPM); that is a ceiling for the ports, not a duty point. For a new duty, send the inlet temperature on each side and the flows, and we will say immediately whether this plate count is the right one.
