The B80Hx24/1P-SC-S 2x1 1/4"&28U / 12.8+22U+2x1/2"INT is a 24-plate build of the SWEP B80. Its H plates are the high-theta pattern - the choice when the leaving temperature is tight and the pump has head to spare. The /1P-SC fields read as single pass, with 316/316L stainless steel plates and a copper braze. The closing S is the pressure class: 31 bar at 155 C. The connection field reads 2x1 1/4"&28U / 12.8+22U+2x1/2"INT. The B80 plate pack measures 526 x 119 mm (20.71 x 4.69 in) on 470 x 63 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 24-plate unit comes to about 6.6 kg (14.5 lb) dry. The frame is published to 16.9 m3/h (74.41 GPM) - a port limit rather than a design flow. Thermal performance depends on the duty as much as on the part number, so include the fluids if the unit is going into a new application.
