B80Hx26/1P-NC-S 4x1 1/4"

The B80Hx26/1P-NC-S 4x1 1/4" is a 26-plate build of the SWEP B80. Its H plates are the high-theta pattern - the choice when the leaving temperature is tight and the pump has head to spare. The /1P-NC fields read as single pass, with AISI 304 stainless steel plates and a copper braze. The closing S is the pressure class: 31 bar at 155 C. The connection field reads 4x1 1/4". The B80 plate pack measures 526 x 119 mm (20.71 x 4.69 in) on 470 x 63 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 26-plate unit comes to about 6.9 kg (15.2 lb) dry. Maximum flow for the frame is 16.9 m3/h (74.41 GPM); that is a ceiling for the ports, not a duty point. It is not necessary to send drawings for a like-for-like replacement - the string above carries the whole build.
