B80Hx46/1P-NC-S 4x1 1/4"

The B80Hx46/1P-NC-S 4x1 1/4" is a 46-plate build of the SWEP B80. Its H plates are the high-theta pattern - the choice when the leaving temperature is tight and the pump has head to spare. Reading the string: /1P is single pass; -NC is AISI 304 stainless steel plates joined with copper. The closing S is the pressure class: 31 bar at 155 C. The connection field reads 4x1 1/4". The B80 plate pack measures 526 x 119 mm (20.71 x 4.69 in) on 470 x 63 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 46-plate unit comes to about 10.2 kg (22.4 lb) dry. Maximum flow for the frame is 16.9 m3/h (74.41 GPM); that is a ceiling for the ports, not a duty point. Thermal performance depends on the duty as much as on the part number, so include the fluids if the unit is going into a new application.
