Note: Unit pictured is representative of standard unit and may not exactly depict p/n B80Hx50/1P-SC-M 2x35.1(27)+2x1 1/4"&28U(27) as shown on this page.
The B80Hx50/1P-SC-M 2x35.1(27)+2x1 1/4"&28U(27) is a 50-plate build of the SWEP B80. The H plate is the obtuse chevron: it gives the most heat transfer per plate and the most pressure drop, so it suits duties where approach temperature matters more than pump head. Reading the string: /1P is single pass; -SC is 316/316L stainless steel plates joined with copper. The closing M is the pressure class: up to 45 bar at 135 C, fatigue tested. Connections are listed as 2x35.1(27)+2x1 1/4"&28U(27), in port order. The B80 plate pack measures 526 x 119 mm (20.71 x 4.69 in) on 470 x 63 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 50-plate unit comes to about 10.8 kg (23.9 lb) dry. The frame is published to 16.9 m3/h (74.41 GPM) - a port limit rather than a design flow. Treat each side as an independant circuit when you ask for a quote: give both flows and what each fluid is.
