The B80SHx140/1P-SPS-M 4x1 1/4"&28U(27) is a 140-plate build of the SWEP B80S. Its H plates are the high-theta pattern - the choice when the leaving temperature is tight and the pump has head to spare. Reading the string: /1P is single pass; -SPS is 316 stainless steel plates joined with stainless, copper free. The closing M is the pressure class: up to 45 bar at 135 C, fatigue tested. Connections are listed as 4x1 1/4"&28U(27), in port order. The B80S plate pack measures 526 x 119 mm (20.71 x 4.69 in) on 470 x 63 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 140-plate unit comes to about 34.5 kg (76.1 lb) dry. Maximum flow for the frame is 17 m3/h (74.85 GPM); that is a ceiling for the ports, not a duty point. Thermal performence depends on the duty as much as on the part number, so include the fluids if the unit is going into a new application.
