B85Hx60/1P-SC-M 4x1"&22U

Part number B85Hx60/1P-SC-M 4x1"&22U is the SWEP B85 frame carrying 60 plates. Its H plates are the high-theta pattern - the choice when the leaving temperature is tight and the pump has head to spare. Reading the string: /1P is single pass; -SC is 316/316L stainless steel plates joined with copper. The closing M is the pressure class: up to 45 bar at 135 C, fatigue tested. The connection field reads 4x1"&22U. The B85 plate pack measures 526 x 119 mm (20.71 x 4.69 in) on 470 x 63 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 60-plate unit comes to about 10.3 kg (22.7 lb) dry. Maximum flow for the frame is 17 m3/h (74.85 GPM); that is a ceiling for the ports, not a duty point. A like-for-like order needs only this string; we reccomend adding the fluids and flows where the system has been altered.
