B86Hx100/1P-SC-M 4x1"&22U

This is the 100-plate B86: SWEP designation B86Hx100/1P-SC-M 4x1"&22U. Its H plates are the high-theta pattern - the choice when the leaving temperature is tight and the pump has head to spare. The /1P-SC fields read as single pass, with 316/316L stainless steel plates and a copper braze. The closing M is the pressure class: up to 45 bar at 135 C, fatigue tested. Connections are listed as 4x1"&22U, in port order. The B86 plate pack measures 526 x 119 mm (20.71 x 4.69 in) on 470 x 63 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 100-plate unit comes to about 15.8 kg (34.7 lb) dry. The frame is published to 9 m3/h (39.63 GPM) - a port limit rather than a design flow.
