Part number B86Hx70/1P-SC-M 4x1"&22U is the SWEP B86 frame carrying 70 plates. The H plate is the obtuse chevron: it gives the most heat transfer per plate and the most pressure drop, so it suits duties where approach temperature matters more than pump head. Reading the string: /1P is single pass; -SC is 316/316L stainless steel plates joined with copper. The closing M is the pressure class: up to 45 bar at 135 C, fatigue tested. The connection field reads 4x1"&22U. The B86 plate pack measures 526 x 119 mm (20.71 x 4.69 in) on 470 x 63 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 70-plate unit comes to about 11.7 kg (25.7 lb) dry. Maximum flow for the frame is 9 m3/h (39.63 GPM); that is a ceiling for the ports, not a duty point.
