This is the 100-plate B320HT: SWEP designation B320HTHx100/1P-SC-S 4x2 1/2". The H plate is the obtuse chevron: it gives the most heat transfer per plate and the most pressure drop, so it suits duties where approach temperature matters more than pump head. The /1P-SC fields read as single pass, with 316/316L stainless steel plates and a copper braze. The closing S is the pressure class: 31 bar at 155 C. It is catalogued with 4x2 1/2" connections. The B320HT plate pack measures 525 x 243 mm (20.67 x 9.57 in) on 441 x 159 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 100-plate unit comes to about 52.2 kg (115.1 lb) dry. The frame is published to 61.7 m3/h (271.66 GPM) - a port limit rather than a design flow. Thermal performence depends on the duty as much as on the part number, so include the fluids if the unit is going into a new application.
