B400THx190/1P-SC-M

Part number B400THx190/1P-SC-M is the SWEP B400T frame carrying 190 plates. Its H plates are the high-theta pattern - the choice when the leaving temperature is tight and the pump has head to spare. The /1P-SC fields read as single pass, with 316/316L stainless steel plates and a copper braze. The closing M is the pressure class: up to 45 bar at 135 C, fatigue tested. The B400T plate pack measures 694 x 304 mm (27.32 x 11.97 in) on 601 x 205.5 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 190-plate unit comes to about 137.3 kg (302.7 lb) dry. Maximum flow for the frame is 83 m3/h (365.44 GPM); that is a ceiling for the ports, not a duty point. Treat each side as an independant circuit when you ask for a quote: give both flows and what each fluid is.
