B400THx90/1P-SC-M

Part number B400THx90/1P-SC-M is the SWEP B400T frame carrying 90 plates. The H plate is the obtuse chevron: it gives the most heat transfer per plate and the most pressure drop, so it suits duties where approach temperature matters more than pump head. The /1P-SC fields read as single pass, with 316/316L stainless steel plates and a copper braze. The closing M is the pressure class: up to 45 bar at 135 C, fatigue tested. The B400T plate pack measures 694 x 304 mm (27.32 x 11.97 in) on 601 x 205.5 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 90-plate unit comes to about 73.4 kg (161.9 lb) dry. The frame is published to 83 m3/h (365.44 GPM) - a port limit rather than a design flow. Treat each side as an independant circuit when you ask for a quote: give both flows and what each fluid is.
