Description
The B56Hx140/1P-SC-Y 4x2 1/2" is a 140-plate build of the SWEP B56. Its H plates are the high-theta pattern - the choice when the leaving temperature is tight and the pump has head to spare. Reading the string: /1P is single pass; -SC is 316/316L stainless steel plates joined with copper. The connection field reads 4x2 1/2". The B56 plate pack measures 525 x 243 mm (20.67 x 9.57 in) on 430 x 148 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 140-plate unit comes to about 58.8 kg (129.6 lb) dry. Maximum flow for the frame is 76.2 m3/h (335.50 GPM); that is a ceiling for the ports, not a duty point. Treat each side as an independant circuit when you ask for a quote: give both flows and what each fluid is.
