The F250ASx160 is a 160-plate build of the SWEP F250AS. The F250AS plate pack measures 620 x 202 mm (24.41 x 7.95 in) on 538 x 112 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 160-plate unit comes to about 64.3 kg (141.8 lb) dry. Maximum flow for the frame is 62 m3/h (272.98 GPM); that is a ceiling for the ports, not a duty point. If the flow on either side would exceed the published ceiling, the answer is a larger frame, not more plates on this one.
