B220Lx160/1P-SC-S 4x2"

The B220Lx160/1P-SC-S 4x2" is a 160-plate build of the SWEP B220. The L plate is the acute chevron, which gives up some heat transfer per plate for a lower pressure drop - the usual answer when the available head is small. Reading the string: /1P is single pass; -SC is 316/316L stainless steel plates joined with copper. The closing S is the pressure class: 31 bar at 155 C. It is catalogued with 4x2" connections. The B220 plate pack measures 524 x 202 mm (20.63 x 7.95 in) on 442 x 120 mm port centres, and by SWEP's published weight formula a 160-plate unit comes to about 61.7 kg (135.9 lb) dry. The frame is published to 39 m3/h (171.71 GPM) - a port limit rather than a design flow. It is not necessary to send drawings for a like-for-like replacement - the string above carries the whole build.
